As a certified Schema Therapy Supervisors and Raters, by International Society of Schema Therapy we offer support for clinicians in developing a deep, grounded, and process‑oriented practice. Our work focuses on helping therapists integrate the core elements of Schema Therapy—limited reparenting, emotional needs, mode work, experiential techniques, and relational attunement—into a coherent and authentic therapeutic identity.
As ISST supervisors we offer:
- Structure and guidance in case conceptualizations based on ISST standards and criterias
- Precise and reassuring feedback on therapeutic interventions
- Development of experiential skills (imagery rescripting, chairwork, etc)
- Support in managing countertransference and one's own activated modes
- Integration of ISST international standards into daily practice
- Support for preparing the ISST certification file (standard, advanced)
As an ISST raters, we offer assessments in accordance with international requirements for:
- Video/sessions required for therapist certification
- Feedback focused on skills and increasing the quality of interventions
- Assessment according with ISST criteria
