About us
The “Institute for Research and Training in Cognitive Sciences” Association is a space dedicated to innovation and development in the field of cognitive sciences, where research meets practice to generate a real impact on people’s lives.
We develop modern training programmes, specialist courses and applied research projects that support the continuous development of mental health professionals. We focus on scientifically validated tools and practical solutions that are easy to integrate into daily practice, to support effective and relevant interventions.
The core of ICFSC is Schema Therapy IASI Hub, which focuses on providing trainings that meet international standards through three internationally certified programs:
– Romanian Training Program in Schema Therapy for Children and Adolescents – a program in Schema Therapy for children and adolescents, internationally certified by the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST): #RO002 (October 3, 2022). Training Program Director: Diana Teodorescu.
– Schema Therapy Training Iasi Program – a program in individual Schema Therapy, internationally certified by the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST): #RO003 (May 8, 2024). Training Program Directors: Diana Teodorescu & Petrisor Tepurlui.
– Group Schema Therapy Training Program –a program in group Schema Therapy, internationally certified by the International Society of Schema Therapy. Training Program Director: Diana Teodorescu.
We connect worlds and ideas through national and international collaborations, conferences, workshops and awareness campaigns that engage community members in real-world solutions. We develop human resources hubs and networking communities, helping to foster a culture of prevention, responsibility and emotional wellbeing.
We aim to contribute both to improving the quality of mental health services and to the emotional education of the community, addressing both specialists and the general public..
